Watch List School criteria depends on school size (from the Fall Membership collection) and the count of Expulsions due to weapons possession and/or violent criminal offenses, including: arson, battery, homicide, kidnapping, robbery, school threat, sexual battery, and other violent criminal offenses. For schools with less than 300 students, 9 or more expulsions would meet the criteria as a Watch List school. For schools with 300 or more students, the criteria is 3 expulsions for every 100 enrolled students or fraction thereof. *i.e. 3%
