The Teacher Qualification validation is the listing of all teachers with the courses they teach from the Staff Assignment collection. This allows districts to see if the teachers were flagged as In-field/Out-of-field, Emergency/Provisional or non-Emergency/Provisional, and Preliminary/Experienced. This information is used in the State and District Report Cards as well as federal reporting under the ESEA.
